For four years in a row Lou has been named a "Washington State Super Lawyer" by Washington Law and Politics Magazine. He has been rated "AV" by the Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directory, the nation's oldest and most highly respected legal rating organization.
Lou has been practicing law since 1980, representing consumers and injured people throughout the State of Washington. He has recently been admitted to the Arizona State Bar Association and is now dividing his time between the two states.
His successes include multiple verdicts and settlements in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death and medical malpractice claims. From trucking cases and motorcycle accidents to questions involving insurance coverage Lou has consistently obtained excellent results for his clients.
As a long standing member of the Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ; formerly known as the Washington Trial Lawyers Association) Lou has served on the Board of Governors and in various leadership positions. He has been a speaker at seminars on insurance law and personal injury claims. He was presented with the prestigious Alvin Anderson award in 2003 for his tireless efforts to support the WSAJ and its mission to protect the legal rights of consumers and injured people of Washington.
